Hi guys, On the P4P and with the ability to adjust the aperature , what is the best shutter speed to aim for, to keep the video crisp but still allowing fluid looking motion.

Thanks :)

Twice the frane date. You will probably still need ND filters in bright conditions (midday sun you will be around TV of 1/200s @ f11). Also bear in mind that apertures smaller than f5.6 diffraction effects will limit apparent sharpness.

Ok thanks, much appreciated. I generally try shoot at 50 FPS with the drone because of the general fast motion of drones. It was a sunny day when I did a test. I had the aperature at f9 to try slow the shutter a bit, I didnt see the shutter speed again when I was flying. But when I do a pan the video image tends to blur a bit which I dont get with my P4. Its very little blur but as the pan stops you can see small detail a lot better. It may also just be my laptop refresh rate as its 4k @ 50FPS whereas my P4 can only shoot 2k @ 50FPS.

Thanks
