Battery is fused to the connection and won't come out without dismantling or destroying the battery or AC. The first time this happened was after complete power loss at 160'. This is the replacement AC and I've been checking the battery temp with an infrared thermometer after each flight. The highest temp has been 122 F. However, the connection point is always about 10 deg. hotter than the rest of the battery. In this fused state, you can see that the battery is fully and properly installed in the AC. Battery disconnect is not an issue here. Battery connection design is. I'll send this one back for a replacement, sell it and move on to an Autel.
