P4 Firmware P4 update to v02.00.0810

Hi, I've not used my p4 for some time, came to use it today and it required a firmware update to v02.00.0810
I initially used the DJI go 4 app, it downloaded the update and started to installed it - it got to 54% and that was it, the message it gave me was:
Failed to update
Failed to upgrade error
code (0x020403)

I tried a few more times with the same result. I deleted the app, reinstalled it, down loaded the upgrade, tried to install the update again with the same results as previously.
So the I tried the DJI assistant 2, same problem. 54% and that's it.

Anyone else having this problem?

I have not fired mine up in about 2 weeks. I have been playing with thw other drones.
I will watch for this when I do start it up again.
