That's correct. For some reason DJI hasn't included their "lossless" digital zoom capability (very useful feature while flying) that's included in the less expensive Mavic and P4 craft. This is basically a crop of the 4K sensor when flying and recording 1080 video. The zoom is very clear at 2X, not the normal degradation of making pixels bigger, because they're not increasing pixel size, just cropping the sensor data and displaying it full screen. Apparently this software for the 1" sensor in the P4P and Inspire X4 camera doesn't exist yet. I've ask this question of DJI months ago. Crickets.
