P4 firmware update

The new update process is a lot easier and less time consuming. When you are on the home screen of the DJI Go app it will give you a warning before going into camera view. Then from there it downloads and you use the USB OTG cable that came in the box to update the P4 from your mobile device. No more computers needed. I know that will make some of you anti-computer folks happy.

Oh so now they go on USB OTG .. Others told that fw update procedure would be same as P2V with a PC software... f
How long the procedure does it take ??

Strange that yours required the firmware upgrade and mine didn't. Guessing there must have been a coupe runs of production already.

I didn't inform me to update until the second or third time I turned it on

It survived the first flight with whatever firmware was one it, so that's a plus. We will see what it does when I fly it later today.
