P4 Disconnected

First day trying to fly

Purchased last Feb... Yesterday was my first day to try... Battery all charged on controller and drone . Msg is disconnected.

Read about firmware possibly being the issue...

I’m not very tech savvy

How do I update the firmware in the controller..

Pls send a step by step... literally from how to get it and how to uploa
