Does anyone know if the tablet holder base on the P4 comes in aluminum or plastic like the P3?

It's aluminum.

Does anyone knows if the two RC are the same?? Will the P3 hdmi upgrade fit in the new P4 RC?

Yes, it will fit.

The new aluminum adapter on P4 controller appears to have a better spot to clip neck strap to.

the white plastic on the controller appears to be smoother like the P4 shell as well

Yeah glossy. Which surely won't hold up as well. Prefer the look and feel of a matte controller but hey!

Sorry to ask, but, would I be able to bind a P4 to my previous P3 Controller?

@Luis J. Yes, you will be able to bind P3 controller to P4.

If that's true, I guess you just have to remember the F is really S with a P4, since the PAF switch on the P4 controller will sport as new label of PAS (pun intended), where the S is "Sport" mode.

DJI switch sticker kit Part #999 will be released shortly to fix this...

Only joking [emoji23]

I believe the new controller read PSF and not PAS.

So S will be in place of Atti mode which makes sense

I wonder what ON and OFF means? Maybe that's referencing GPS enable "on-off"

What's really interesting in this picture is the label orientations. They are upside down when reading them from the stick side of the controller. As complex as this technology is, it's amazing how the simple stuff is overlooked.

It seems the ON/OFF refers to Auto Hold? Judging by how PS are grouped together and A is not.

Quite right about the label orientation
