P4 camera issue

Recently when shooting 4k at 30fps the camera just stops and the gimbal locks to the right and shows my strut. I changed settings to film at 24fps and the issue stopped. I also changed from NTSC mode to PAL mode at 48fps and everything is fine.

I heard this is a firmware issue. Has anyone experienced this problem and have a work around different than what I have done above. I really would like to shoot 4k at 30fps or 60fps.

On the DJI forum the moderator admitted that DJI is working on it. Ask the moderator and they will email you a patch.

I’m not the smartest kid on the block, but I’d say it is a software code that you can load into your drone to fix the problem. Just go on the p 4 forum. You’ll see it and learn more than I could ever tell you.

Okay figured it out. They have a beta test and from what I read there is no way I am going to down load that into my P4. I will just shoot video at 48fps in PAL mode or 24FPS in NTSC mode.
