P4 battery just died

Just wanted to see if anyone has had any issues with battery just dying...it was charging fine then I put my charging station into storage mode...went to put back into charge mode and no response from battery... won't even turn on....anyone have this happen??

Have you tried holding the button on, on the battery. Do any lights come on at all. Is it still under warranty ? try contacting dji and see if they will replace it

Yea no light come on at all just happened last night and of corse DJI is closed today lol...got it just before Christmas so I think the warranty is till good

I believe there is a 6 month battery warranty from new. The place I bought my spare batteries are giving a full 12 month warranty on the batteries. I would certainly contact they through their online support and see what they want to do. they should replace it for you
