P4 Battery Issue: LEDs 2/3/power constantly on

Anyone seen this? No response from any combo of power button pushes. No change when connected to charger. LEDs turn off for a second or 2 every 18 seconds. Firmware issue?

I had seen this kind of issue once on my P3 battery. It was some kind of glitch that had set the battery to undefined state.

I don't remember what exactly I had done to set it right but battery recovered and showed equal cell charges later on.

I had that on my P4 batteries. The only thing that got rid of it for me was upgrading the battery firmware to the latest. After upgrading all 3 of my batteries problem went away and has not returned.
