P3S gimbal making noise

My P3S gimbal makes a weird noise, I always thought it was normal but I feel like it keeps getting louder. I've only flown it a handful of times.

Since this is the P3P/P3A section of the forum, I don't know much about the P3S or what they should sound like. It's hard to tell from the videos which one is "louder" but I did see that in one video you had some sort of slip on filter attached. Is it possible that the filter is too heavy and needs a counter weight?
