P3P wont connect RC/GoApp to aircraft

RC will not connect to Aircraft. In Go App - selecting Phantom 3 Professional (Phantom 3 4K ois not an available option) only shows the button "How to connect". I am using an iPad Air 2 Mini which I have used for the past 2 years with 0 issues.

Here is what I have tried so far:
1.) Tried 5+ different lightening cables
2.) Reset + relinked controller to aircraft (Holding down C1 + C2 + Camera buttons then power cycling RC and pressing link button on aircraft)
3.) Deleted and reinstalled DJI Go app (Also cleared app cache & data)
4.) Erased and reinstalled iOS on iPad
5.) Updated to iOS 11

Any ideas? I am relying on the community to help me resolve this as I have talked to DJI support numerous times and they are unwilling to help.

Is that the standard cable that the comes with the crApples?
I'm using a P3A with Ipad something never can remember but it is new.

What color is the link light on the Phantom?
What color is the first light (left on the remote)?

Is this your first Phantom?

I have tried linking the RC to the Aircraft many times and the RC will control the gimble but still cannot get the DJIGo App to recognize my aircraft. The light in the RC is solid GREEN. The small light on the side of the aircraft is also solid green- the front wing lights are solid red and the back wing lights blink yellow.
