Hey all - I've only been flying sporadically for the last few months, but I have noticed I've often lost the video link when the AC is not even 200 feet away and in direct LOS. I know people have complained a lot about 1.10 firmware, so I just checked to see which FW I was on:
App: 3.1.4
AC: 1.8.80+
RC: 1.8.0
The + confuses me, but I imagine it may be because one or more of my three batteries is somehow not updated.
Any chance 1.8.8 could be the cause of my poor performance? Is it worth trying to roll back to 1.7.6, which seems to be a sweet spot of sorts? If what I've seen is right, I'd also need to roll the RC back to 1.5.8 so the encryption stuff will match.
What would you do?
