Hey everyone, sorry for reposting this but i am desperate... A week ago i was flying my p3p, i was standing under a tree, and when the battery life was at like 30%. I continued my shot, and as I was brining it back close to me for landing, it kicked into "return to home" and flew straight up into the tree, as it fell down towards the ground, i tried to catch it, it hit my hand and fell on the ground.
I am ok, the battery came out of its compartment, and the drone has a few bruises. Propellers are fine, i put the battery back in, fired it up, the gimbal does its dance normally, but on my ipad, i see "aircraft disconnected". I tried everything, opened the top cap of the drone, looked at all the connections, everything is fine, except for the plastic stand that holds the motherboard by 4 screws, two of screw rings are broken, but i dont think this is the cause for the problem.

Any body had this issue before? Please help...

Try a different cable to the iPad from your remote. Have u tried starting the motors even though it said disconnected can the gimbal move with the remote. If gimbal moves try swapping that iPad cable
