One of my battery is not charging this is all i get when plugged into the wall.

Disconnect the battery from the charger then hold the battery button down for 5 seconds to see what the lights do.
Disconnect the battery from the charger. Turn the battery ON, like you would if the battery was in the P3. The LEDs should light up. Then connect the charger to see if it starts charging.
Otherwise I think the battery is defective. If the battery is still under warranty contact DJi for a replacement. I think DJi batteries only have a 90 day warranty though?
