P3P arrives this week :)

Good evening all,

My Phantom 3 Pro will arrive this week and several of the spots I'd like to fly in are within the 5 mile area of some uncontrolled fields in the area.....in regards to notifying the airport operator I know that I am "notifying" and not asking permission but for those of you who have done so what exactly do you say any suggestions etc etc??

I would just drive out. You won't have to mess with laws

I haven't done it but I imagine you'd just let them know you plan to fly your quad in such and such area, advise the height/distance you're planning on flying and ask them whether there is anything else they need to know and whether there might be any issues?
