P3P antennas on P3S

I bought a four pack of P3P antennas off Amazon and opened my P3S, took top off and replaced the two then wire antennas that run down the legs with the two longest cable antennas in the 4 pack. This is for the RC signal and not the video signal inside the board above the gimbal. The RC to Bird signal is 5.8 if correct and the video is 2.8, has anyone any input on whether this configuration will work that I've done or should I not do this? Any help is much appreciated as I am very new to the Drone world.

I believe Those are 2.4ghz only . This has already been done on another post.
