p3a rc led red no connection to the app after upgrade software..help

hello, after the last software upgrade rc by dji, now i can´t connect to the app and the quad is useless..
rc radio led always red.. i have a iphone 6 and ipad 2. no problems until this last upgrade of the remote..
what can i do....thanks..

Diod you update DJI GO app too to the latest?
Try to link RC with quad and check.

I know all the latest set of FW make a good combination for it to fly.

Hi.. i can’t connect to the app.. red led on the remote... app is the last one.
I have a iphone 6 and ipad 2.. all worked ok before this upgrade!

Try the reset and nothing.. delete the app and reinstall again and the same..

Just to clarify, are you saying that the manual binding process fixed the problem you noted that your RC could not connect to the app?
