P3A altering altitude limit - consequences?

Hi guys,

I was wondering if changing the altitude limit (above the standard 120m limit) would affect any warranty/fly-off claims made to DJI. For example, if the operator had a fly off purely down to a hardware/software error and is not at fault, will DJI honour this despite the limit being changed?

No ... why should it?
If DJI wanted you to stay lower than 120 metres above launch point, they would tell you.
