P3 4K video photo sync

Videos seem to sync but I can't seem to find any photos taken at all. I have not pulled SD card as of yet. Can anyone help?

The photos are stored on the memory card in your Phantom. You can transfer them to your computer or mobile device via a memory card reader.

Ok. But, seems before last update I was able to playback photos just taken. Now I can't seem to do that either. Thank you for your reply

photos can be reviewed with your P3 4K running , look for the arrow / play button , lower right side of screen in go app

Says communication error. But everything else works. I did change to IOS iPad gen 1 instead of phone
