Over-the-shoulder monitor mount?

I am looking for a mount to hold my 7" monitor, battery and receiver, but not attached to my transmitter. I have seen a photo of someone using a mount that hooks over the shoulder but i have not been able to find something like this for sale. Anyone have a source?

Google "shoulder mounted camera" for plenty of options.
Alternatively, go for FPV goggles.
