out of control

on two occasions my drone at almost the two minute mark of flying starts spinning out of control and than starts picking up speed and heads towards the ground anyone had this happen to them yet

Spinning or wobbling side to side while descending?

it spins one to three times and goes into a harsh kamakazi style dive

Maybe a bad/worn motor bearing starting to seize up due to overheating? Weigh it down and let it run on the ground under load and intermittently check temperatures.
