One motor not spinning?

Just had an unplanned landing due to battery running low.. retrieved the drone, and it had been sitting on its front with the front two props unable to spin. Now one of the motors no longer spins. It twitches like it's trying to but won't go, and turning the rotor manually is more difficult than the others that work.

Did I toast the motor?

Probably the motor and/or the ESC. In either case it's best to replace them both (this is what DJI recommends). An ESC runs about $20 and I think a motor runs about $15 on Amazon. It's easy to remove and resolder these items.

Are the ESC rotation specific or generic? I know the motors are specific (it's a CCW/silver prop motor)
