They don't supply lightening cable to connect. I can't figure out how to connect drone to My iPad Air to download photos to it. Any ideas anyone ?

I use a card reader that attaches to my computers USB port. I just take the micro sd card out of camera and plug it into the card reader

This from the manual...
How can I ensure that my pictures and videos will be synchronized to my iOS album?

You may need to adjust the settings of your mobile device. Open the Settings menu, select the Privacy tab, select the Photos tab, and then toggle the switch next to the DJI GO app icon. If the GO app has not been granted access to your albums, the photos and videos cannot be synchronized.

Find that and more here - https://dl.djicdn.com/downloads/phantom_3/en/Phantom_3_Advanced_User_Manual__V1.6.pdf
Read it cover to cover and understand the operation of your aircraft.

I like to use a card reader & my computer but the above directions should help to view them on an iDevice.

Thank You both for that.
