Okay to fly with gimbal clamp?

Hey guys,

Say I'm just taking her up for a quick fly, don't want to capture anything. Is it okay to fly with the gimbal clamp in place with my P2VP?

No ... the motors are going to be straining trying to do what they are supposed to.
The gimbal is a delicate lightweight thing.

You can if you disconnect the gimbal from it's power source

Don't even switch the P2V+ on with the clamp still installed.

You'll get a gimbal error message on your phone/tablet if you try and turn it on with the clamp on.

K well I flew with the gimbal clamp on several times without running the app, and it's been running fine since those times. I'll just know from now on. Cheers
