Nothing Connecting to DJI App

I own the Professional unit. I updated the RC to the newest firmware via the app. Once I did this, I no longer am able to access the P3 or RC via the app. All it says now is "How To Connect", but I have no option to access the actual interface. The P3 has a set of red solid lights on two, with a series of three blinking yellow lights on the other two. The RC has a solid red light. I tried re-linking the RC via the small pin hole button on the P3, as well as pressing the C1 and C2 buttons, yet nothing happens. I've attempted to re-run the latest firmware update, but I still have no connection and no idea what to do now.

The rebinding is done via the app, then pressing the recessed button when promoted

That's the problem though. I have no way of getting the drone or RC to communicate with the app.

Where can I get a direct link to this? I spoke with DJI yesterday and they said the new iOS11 isn't compatible with with the new firmware and that I should just wait for them to update the app.
