noob motor problem

fresh phantom out of box yesterday, software, calibration, etc...all good. on startup, three motors perform as expected, spooling up/down with throttle. 4th motor spins but never more than about 3 rpms. easy fix or back to a dealer? :?

Yip, call the dealer and send it back. That's a bummer, they should give you a freebie of some sort for the inconvenience.

There's several potential causes and fixes, but none of them are quick...or your responsibility at this point.
