Does anyone know if someone sells solid-color LED covers? When I fly my phantom at night it's just waaaaay too bright. I've been taping it up to cut down the light but wanted to know if they actually sell non-translucent ones...or maybe spare ones, then I can paint over the ones I have now, and keep the regular ones on hand. Thx.

I just used gaffer tape, cut to size :)

Yeah, just tape them over. You'll get light leakage through non-transparent ones anyways, and you have to take off the top shell to change them out.

I would try plasti dip. tape around the led lights and put a couple of coats of plasti dip on. if you don't want it any more it peels off like rubber. idk if it will work but it should, it holds up on cars and trucks and it will get rid of your bright lights. cheap and easy fix
