No video feed

Hi Im new to drones and this forum.Ive had my p3s 2 months now,using my tab 3, s4 and my wifes Hudl 2 all three worked fine. A couple of weeks ago I updated DJI app on s3 and Hudl2 Hudl ok s4 no video,am reluctant to update tab3,I have since downloaded Litchi, fine on Hudl no video on tab3 or s4, any suggestions? thanks

make sure apps are all updated, firmware for your phantom and controller are updated. Power on controller, open app and connect to controller, then power on your phantom in that order.
