No transmitting in upgrading drone from assistent 2

Trying really hard to upgrade the drone to version 2 via the assistent two.
I get really far: Uploading to 100%

Downloading goes fine to 100%. But then this picture comes up - Transmitting. And then nothing happens. I have waited 15 minutes, but the progress indicator still says 0%.

Any suggestions?

Aaah.
I tried another PC, and there was some firewall settings that I had overlookked
transmitted and it is now upgrading
