No lights on flight battery?

Hello,
I am setting up my new Phantom4 pro. The controller and one flight battery charged with no problems. The lights lit up shortly after plugging each in individually. My second flight battery has no lights and the button does not seem to activate or show anything?

If it does not charge when connected to the battery charger, you should return it and get a new one.

I will try to take it back to Best Buy.

Best buy gave me a new battery.....no problems with new one.
