No Controls

I'm hoping someone on here can help me.

I have bought a Phantom 3 Standard which arrived yesterday.

I charged the batteries, Updated the firmware, done the calibration and thought I was ready to fly.

I could get the P3 to Auto take off and land but the controller would do nothing.

I done some research and an IMU calibration but still nothing.

Anyone had the same issue and have a fix? Support told me to turn off beginner mode but this didnt work either.

Not sure I did as I dont recall being prompted to do this.

Sounds like the RC is not sending signal to the drone or the drone isn't picking up RC signal.

Have you tried relinking the RC to the drone?

Yes I have rekindled the RC to the drone.

Could I have a faulty controller?
