Night flights and ND filters?

No filter, you need all the light you can get. ND filters help in bright light to reduce the amount of light to the camera forcing it to slow the shutter speed and less chance of "jello" in the video.

You can, but depending on the brand/quality however you can potentially get optical effects (such as flare) ... but some people like those effects. I cannot confirm this on the Phantom camera though (never tried it). Bottom line is you could use any type of filters that you want.... given it does not cut down the amount of light reaching your camera sensor

To clarify, I'm referring to the DJI UV filter (installed when you take the Phantom out of the box).
