It states that upon applying for the rebate, even if not granted, you void your ability to refund the purchase, so this is their way of making the sale final. Rebate Visa card must be used by a specific date or it is void. Rebate Visa card won't be received for 8-10 weeks after applying for it, and you must apply for it within 30 days of purchase. It has no cash value.
