New to the fourm but second drone Ive owned. So I've pulled the trigger and preorder a new DJI Mavic Pro through Skyboss Drones Buy Drones Online | SkyBoss Drones my question is regarding a manufacturers warranty. I do not see Skyboss Drones listed on the DJI Authorized Retailers list. If they are not a Authorized Retailer as I understand from reading that the factory warranty is NOT valid, correct? I am hoping to be able to add the DJI Care Refresh through DJI but I doubt I will be able to do this if they are not on this list?
Second, they offer a warranty program called CPS that they sell. How will buying this warranty / insurance differ from what DJI offers?
Anyone have any experience in dealing with CPS or know anyone that has?
