I just recently got a phantom2v...so today I went fishing and thought I would try it out. Well I got home and reviewed the video and seems when video is further out it's choppy,but when closer to me smooth...why is that and what could I do to fix it. Thanks in advance

Lots of fixes. Chances are your computer isn't powerful enough for the resolution. You can lower the resolution in the video settings in the Go app. For the video you already shot, if you upload it to YouTube it will play fine.
You can also invest in an editor that allows "proxy editing". This method makes lo-res clips from your raw footage and uses that in the edit screen. Then when you do your final render, it uses the original high-res footage.
