Just got the P2V+. I'm new to the Phantom but not UAV's. The manual says that there is a Battery Compartment on the back of the remote. It's not there!! WTF??

What's the approx. charge time for the remote and Wi-Fi Extender? Is there a charged indicator? BTW: I unsuccessfully searched for this info....
With both the RC and the extender, there is an indication when you connect to a charging source...on the RC it is red until charged, and on the extender it is yellow until charged. In both cases, indicators turn green when fully charged, HOWEVER, the extender discharges more quickly than the RC while in flight, so it takes longer to re-charge than the RC, given the same amount of flight time.

If it helps, the app shows the percentage of charge remaining for the range extender while you are looking at the video from the drone. It's near the top on the right.
