Newbie from Flower Mound,Texas

I have been following the forum since end of last year. Wanted to introduce myself.

I'm during my research on drones using this forum. A lot of good info. Haven't purchased my P4P. My son is getting married in Costa Rico! So my finances are involved in that area Maybe for Christmas.

I'm 56 and retired from the Air Force and now for the past 17 years working as a Mechanic for an Airline. Just my wife and I at home (empty nesters). Enjoying spoiling my three grandkids. Ok! Enough family talk

I don't want to crash my future drone in my first 30 sec. flight and also want to learn to take great video. So I'm learning as much as I can before purchasing.
