New to drones and this forum

Hi everyone... just wanted to introduce myself. I live in Northern Nevada and Im new to drones. I have had my p3s for about 3 weeks now. I love it. I am especially surprised at the range I have been getting out of it stock. I was happy getting 3000 ft pretty easily anytime I flew it. Today I actually hit over 8800 ft! I do live out in the middle of nowhere so to speak. im sure very little wifi or radio interference of any kind here. Is this common, and could I expect even better if I install the argtek range extender? Looking forward to hearing from all, and meeting new people on here.
