Hi Just got my first UAV ( phantom 4) . hoping to do my first flight this weekend, I am near Glasgow in the UK ,

If you haven't already done it, download the full manual and read through it....make sure you understand the different RTH (Return to Home) options. There's a mine of information in the manual, which you really ought to look at before you fly.
Choose a nice open area for your first flights, and calibrate your compass. Stay well away from trees...they have a nasty habit of reaching out to grab you!
