I ordered mine last week and it just came to my house today. Does mine come with the new reinforced shell to prevent stress cracks? Also does it come with the new motors? If so, how do I find out?

If you have the new motors, you have the new shell.

Well, DJI gave me the old motors then. The shell is the first image in that link. I suppose I should buy those reinforcement plates?
