Hey guys , just got myself a used (like new with stickers still on ) Phantom 3 pro . Been lurking here getting as much info as possible , Got hooked on drones with a Syma x5 hw about 6 months ago and was aiming at a P3S but got a great deal on a P3P. Have been reading and watching a lot and there is a lot of great info here .

Baby steps until the confidence builds , so far I love the bird .

Hi fellow drone pilots! I'm new to 'droning' and hoping this will be a great hobby for me to teach my daughter (and vice versa) We are learning this new field together. She loves photography and I love flying, so the pair goes together well.
I bought her a DJI Phantom 3 Standard for Christmas.
We studied for three days before we took it out and we still crashed it.
It lost GPS signal, even though it said we had like 10 satellites. Luckily we did buy DJI care and they fixed it, no charge.
But we certainly want to keep from that again.
Looking forward to all the stories and learning experience on here.
