New P3 has damaged battery

Off to a slow start after receiving my P3 standard today. I got the controller and battery charged, firmware updated and was looking forward to some practice with the flight simulator this evening. It was not to be.

I have a "Battery Cell Damaged" message in the app and a warning telling me that a "Battery Cell is Broken".

Looking at the graph of the cells, they read as follows:
4.2V 4.2V 4.05V 4.22V

I purchased the drone through Amazon.ca so have contacted them about getting a replacement battery or a refund for the drone which I could send back.

You're going to want more than 1 battery

Yes, I already had a second battery in order but it hasn't arrived yet.

Amazon asked me to return the defective battery. They said they'd replace it with a functioning one.

Good thing it's raining out - can't fly the new bird right now anyway.
