Interesting development. Certainly won't help public perception, but there are some possibilities here.

I bet it's even possible to recharge a drone that's perched on an electrical wire via inductance.

if you download it and play it backwards, it actually looks fluid. I think you are right. It looks like an AR Drone with a leg.

I was just about to say that. Although the comment did make me play it again LOL. It definitely had the right pitch for forward flight.

Good comments. Guess I'm just a cynic. After watching it several more times I don't think it was fake.
