Ah, sorry. Are you sure it's dead? That battery usually lasts a long time.

well i charged it to a full charge and when i turn it on i get a red light on the left and 4 white lights on the right and a beeping sound coming from the controler.
that makes me believe that the battery is gone.

Does the beeping sound stop when you move either stick?

i just tried it and after i turned it on i got the red and 4 white lights with beeping sound.
i moved the right stick and it still was beeping.
when i moved the left stick the beeping stoped.
i turned it off and on a few more times and still got red light with 4 white lights but no beeping sound.

Try recalibrating your remote controller in the DJI GO app.

ok so could someone please explain how i go about calabrateing the remote.
thx D

Thx i think i may have fixed the problem.
i went into the R C calibration and a screen poped up with four stick settings mode two was checked.
i moved the left stick all around in all directions and noticed that the camera would move a little when i moved the left stick.
i did the same for the right stick and the camera did not move.
i also rotated the camera wheel and the camera moved as i did this.
than i hit the x and got out of this mode.
i noticed that on the screen where the mode two controler was the left stick had some red and green dots on the top bottom and both sides of the left stick.
the right stick did not have any colors on the circle around the right stick.
i turned everything off and than turned it all back on.
now with everything turned on i get a green light and four white lights and no beeping sound.
does this sound right?
thx D

i see now that what i did was not the right controler calabration.
i went back into the go app and found the right calabration area and went through all the steps.
when i was done i hit the finish and it went back to calabrate.
i re did it and same thing happened.
did this same thing about five times and after clicking on finish it would go back to calabrate.
does this sound right or am i doing somthing wrong.
when i rotated the sticks they showed 100 percent in all directions and even the camera wheel was calabrated
thx Don

thx i watched the video and went through it just like it said but when i hit finish calabrate pops up again.
i re did this about four more times.
