New battery door for phantom 1.1.1

Hello all i have been trying to get a Multistar 4000mah 3s battery into my phantom 1
i had to take away a small amount of plastic around the battery bay so i could squeeze another 3mm out of it but now my battery door wont keep closed as the door clip wont click in properly so where can i get a full new door with surrounding please

how do you like the batteries? I just ordered a few of them instead of getting a P3. would love to see a pic or two of your modifications and your review of the batteries. I just ordered this battery door from shapeways but have yet to receive it.

22 gauge copper wire (Bell or Thermostat Wire) is pictured here. 20 gauge would probably work too.
Works good, lasts long time. When the top piece gets weak, change it.
