My new Phantom arrived today and I have just connected it up to my PC and installed the drivers & Naza-M Assistant Software v2.18. The firmware on the Phantom is currently 3.14 but it tells me I need to upgrade to 4 before I can see the basic, advanced, tools screens.
I had intended to stick with the current firmware while I got used to the Phantom. Does it matter in the early stages that you cannot access the assistant software and check/adjust the settings etc?
Was delaying any flights till I was happy with everything!!

cheers

Download the assistant 2.14 and use that to run with the currently installed firmware. You will then see, and be able to check everything.
STAY CLEAR of this new firmware until it is sorted out.

If you disconnect your internet connection when opening the Naza sotware you can avoid that message saying you must update before you can use Naza.
