Need help with up grades

Hello my name is thomas I bought my first quadcopter Syma x5sw. It has a 500 bat and the flying time is about 7min how can I extend it with out it bursting into flames

Buy a DJI Phantom. This will increase your flying time.

Is that a diff kind or an upgrade. Be cuz I'm on a short budget
