I cannot connect to the camera until I reset and rebind the range extender again , this happens when ever I switch off the phantom and turn it on again, the extender lights are green.
There are many reports of this since recent software updates. I too have had problems connecting. You might check what your app and phantom versions are and report back.

I'm running 1.1.19 on the camera and yesterday updated the app to 1.0.40. My phantom is still 1.08. I would recommend updating the camera first, then trying the app. Looks like the app update helped me with connecting. Too windy to fly today but inside I'm connecting much faster.
