Need Help Loading WIFI Booster on Kindle Please

Having trouble loading the App and the best I'm getting is "parse error". I'm trying to sideload it using the 1MOBILE App on the Kindle Fire HDX. Can anyone help me out with this? TIA

I have found a workaround for this by running the booster app on my iphone with the vision wifi connected. Get the message that Boost has occurred and can then switch to the Kindle to run the Vision+ app.
